The staff was very friendly and helpful. My appointment went smoothly. Overall a very positive experience. I have two (minor) complaints. I received multiple texts requesting that I sign up for MyChart. I had no idea that a dentist could use MyChart, so I thought it was SPAM. I wasn’t expecting my first appointment to take 90 minutes. I thought it would only be 45 at most. I wish that there had been an email or a page on their website or something to let me know about those 2 things. That would have made my experience top notch.

I had a great experience with everyone in the office. Staff at register is very polite and welcoming, doctors are caring and very genuine, I wanted to thank doctor Pedram for great service, doctor Sarah and assistant team. This location in Oakley is very different from other locations and very unique place with real hard workers that care about their customers. I really suggest everyone to go to this location. For real.

I’m very impressed with the staff here getting dental work done is never fun but dr. Shanehsaz and his assistant did an amazing job with my crowns they where knowledgeable talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable.
