You Break Through

I have been impressed by Oakley Dental after my move to Cincinnati in 2025. Navigating care transitions can be challenging and they’ve made it very smooth and are incredibly kind and responsive while providing clear explanations for care — both in office and for my own maintenance at home. Dr. Shackleford was very thorough during my intake examination and I really appreciate her background working with different populations and following standards of care. I called the office this week for a quick touch up cleaning, and they were super accommodating and had me in within minutes. The dental hygienist, Sarah, is superb. She talked me through why I was seeing what I was seeing, what she was going to do to clean and why, and how I should approach my daily care routine — including what I should do, in what order, and why. I’ve never had anyone explain dental hygiene in this way to me in all my years receiving care. She did all this without being condescending and talked to me like a real person. I was very, very impressed. Would recommend Oakley Dental to anyone seeking care!

Sarah Roberts, at Oakley Dental Group, is a pro, in my opinion & with a really lively personality!! She is fun to talk with, although when she is doing a deep teeth cleaning, it is a bit of a challenge as a patient, to clearly converse !🤪 I even got a great movie recommendation, on my recent appointment, with Sarah ! Obviously multi talented !!! I have never experienced an entire, nicer dental staff ever, in any dental office From Julia (Front desk & working the phones) to Jasmine, Jameier, Jenny, & Dr Shackleford, etc… Obviously, I would highly recommend checking out, the Oakley Dental Group, if in the market for a Dentist office &/or a fresh, new Dental experience 👍

Everyone was great! Julia made booking super easy and convenient, and Bella was very nice and professional and got everything done quick and easy!
